WHOA! I haven't written one of these in a while!  Blame it on being stuck in doors due to cold and icy weather! 

So here goes.....

Editing and working is what I call fun....I love having work to do while I'm stuck in doors this weekend.

I spent a lot of time with God this morning and afternoon....it was nice.  He and I needed that quality time.  He's so amazing to me! I'm so blessed!

I can't believe Saturday is almost over!!!!  What a weekend.....what a weekend.....ready for SNOW!!!!!

Day 2 - Meaning Behind My Blog Name

The meaning behind my blog name is representing exactly what life is.... full of blessings and seasons.  Some seasons are good and some seasons are not so good but either way, every season is full of blessings!  God is so good!

Friday Afternoon Update

Well, I haven't done updates in a while and since I am home bored, thought I should start. :)

Tuesday I had surgery. Yuck! Had a kidney stone that wouldn't pass so the doctor went in and shattered it and I got a stint put in between my kidney and bladder. Yuck! Uncomfortable but glad to have it fixed! I will heal in no time! 

My sister came into town to help my Momma take care of me and it has been such a blessing. Last surgery I had in Arkansas was a nightmare. Spent lots of days trying to walk myself to the bathroom or make something to eat and would be in so much pain that I would end up just not eating cause it hurt so bad to get up and fix myself something. My sister was in town for a couple of days for that surgery too but had to go back and when she went back.... I had nobody helping me. It is amazing to have family here helping me! I am so blessed! 

I have had some awesome friends send me flowers and treats and many visitors drop by to check on me! 

 

And of course Momma's home cooking and the dogs loving on me.....

 

God is so awesome!!!!! 

What I'm Loving Wednesday ~ Blessings And Lubbock

I am loving that I spent my Tuesday night/Wed Morning helping deliver my best friend's baby!  Words cannot express what an experience that was.  If moving back to Texas was all just for that ONE moment, then it was well worth it!  Words cannot express what a blessing it was to be in the same room and to literally watch Andrew be born!  I am not sure  how anybody walks out of an experience like that the same person!  To actually see a life brought into the world.  It's amazing!  Makes me even more excited to become a mother one day!

It's ok that I have been laying around all day.  I'm tired, feeling sick, and there is a major dust storm outside.  While some are waiting on a white Christmas, Lubbock Texas is getting a brown one! YIKES!  Welcome Home Crystal!

It's ok that I'm totally in love with a one Kliff Kingsbury.....whooooa nelly!  So excited to see what he does for our Texas Tech Football program!!!! WRECK EM!

It's ok that I'm still feeling totally lost.  I feel like my heart is in two places, here in Lubbock and back in North West Arkansas.  I have really been missing my friends over there and I do miss Michael.  All I can do is just keep praying and allowing God to guide me.  I know He is going to work it all out and bless me!  I just need to keep stepping back and allowing Him to fight this battle for me.  It's a battle of confusion and heartbreak.  I know He will plant me somewhere and I will be OK! =)

It's ok that I am loving the wedding photos of my sweet friend Elly's wedding!  So happy for her and Robert and glad I was able to capture the moment for them!

I'm so glad you decided to stop by and read my happy little blog!  If you are coming from my Prissy Pink Pants blogspot blog then I am so glad you decided to continue to follow my journey in life and be a part of the blessings and changing seasons ahead!  If you are new to my blog then WELCOME and I look forward to meeting you! 

Some of you might be wondering why I decided to start a new blog.  It is something I have been thinking about doing for a while and finally have had the time to really sit down and just do it.  I wanted a new one because I feel like I have outgrown my other one and I am at a totally different place and season in life from when I first started blogging.  I feel it appropriate to move on to a new blog.  I will slowly move some of my favorite devotional writings that I wrote myself to this one and might eventually totally delete my last blog but that isn't really a big deal either way. 

So much is happening in life and I am so thrilled at the direction God is taking me!  My relationship with God is stronger than ever and I feel like I am working more for Him than I have in any other season in my life.  I can only hope and pray that things continue to move in that direction.  Spreading His love and His word is the most important thing to me!  He has done so much for me that I cannot imagine doing anything else with my life than honoring Him with it! 

"I trust in Your unfailing love.  I will rejoice because You have rescued me.  I will sing to the Lord because He has been so good to me." Psalm 13:5-6.
